Within 24 hours, you will receive a response from our team to talk through the project and provide a full breakdown of associated costs in due course. Once this is accepted, you will send over your artwork and address data via our ISO 27001 accredited portal. From there, we will process the data to ensure it complies with GDPR and is best-placed to deliver to your target audience.
Before the final production of your mailing goes ahead, your account manager will supply you with a PDF proof of your mailing so you can provide feedback and sign it off.
When you are happy, our print & fulfilment teams will get to work creating your mailing. Our facilities are powered by solar energy, so you can be safe in the knowledge you're taking the sustainable route.
Once the mailing is produced, it will then be injected into the postal network from BMS HQ and delivered to your recipients.
We built SendVia to make mailings simple. With our intuitive portal, you can upload your artwork, select your recipients, and we’ll print & mail your postcard campaign for you. No minimum send. No hidden costs.
To begin, register yourself an account at www.sendvia.co.uk. Once this is done, you will be able to access our pricing calculator, and create your first postcard campaign.
After you have selected your preferred postcard size, you can upload your finished artwork to our portal. You will be able to add personalisation, visualise the address zone, and get an idea of how the final piece will look.
Once you are happy with your artwork, it's time to upload the addresses of your target audience. It's very important to make sure the address fields are mapped correctly, so make sure to double-check!
When your artwork and data is uploaded, you will be able to pay securely and we'll send you a confirmation email. From there, leave it to us to print, mail, and launch your campaign to your chosen audience.
